In the spirit of starting a new life, I decided to start a new blog. Since I first started blogging in 2006, not only has my life changed but so have I. So although I will still keep my old blog, I am going to be documenting my life from now on in this blog.
Here are a few things that have changed:
I was blessed with another little child, a daughter, and she is now 2 years old. My son is turning 4 in a few weeks time.
My marriage fell apart and I am now divorced and a single parent.
I lost one job and ended being blessed with an AMAZING job with two great bosses and enough work to keep my busy all the time.
I've had the opportunity to travel several times for business - what a JOY!
My levels of patience have grown exponentially.
I've learned to stick it through even through all the drama and trials.
Finally I am growing stronger emotionally and physically and the nightmares of the past are finally becoming just that, the past!
So, from now on it is forward and onwards and no more looking back. No matter what the future holds, I am convicted in my heart and mind that it will be 100000 better than what has been in the past. I have learned that I can make it through ANYTHING with God and I will always have Him to fight my battles for me. He will always do what is best for my children and myself and I am never alone.
The deep, burning wounds are finally healing and soon they will only be scars. I have left my baggage behind with my old life and am moving ahead with the only "baggage" that I want to take with me, my lessons and my little ones.
The future is looking bright, my friends, and I do believe that soon I will be able to write again, sing again, dance again.
Just like the song in "Frozen", I am planning on letting it go....
